Brianna has been working with athletes and individuals of all backgrounds for almost 10 years. Aside from receiving her Master’s in Health and Human Performance at Georgia College, Brianna is also certified as a NASM Personal Trainer, USAW Level 1 Coach, and a 200-Hour Yoga Instructor. She has experience with a variety of sports, but currently competes actively in bodybuilding as a nationally qualified Wellness competitor. However, her fitness philosophy is that she believes there is not one right way to "fitness,” and that the most important part of any fitness journey is figuring out what inspires you to move and what you enjoy. She feels her role in that journey is to help educate and motivate her clients to learn and find what those things are for them. Her focus will be in movement and physical activity, but she also loves to help clients work through their nutritional habits, stress relief techniques, goal setting, and ways to improve their daily lives and mindset of themselves. In her free time, she likes to hike and watch TV with her dogs, but she also enjoys baking, napping, video games, and yoga.
